Financial Controller – Hedge Fund
Our client, a leading Global Hedge Fund is looking for a Qualified Accountant to join their growing Finance function responsible for financial reporting, financial analysis and strategic initiatives
The role will include;
- Responsible for month-end closing of management entities
- Preparation of budgets, forecasts and business plans
- Assist in financial statement preparation under IFRS, UK GAAP and US GAAP
- Perform and review monthly financial analysis and present results to senior management
- Focus on improving processes & controls
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ideally ACA or equivalent)
- Post Qualification experience of working in Financial Control, Financial Reporting, Legal Entity reporting or Financial Analysis within Financial Services
- Previous experience reporting under UK GAAP, US GAAP & IFRS
- Ideally previous External Audit experience
