CFO
Our client, an established Investment Management firm with a presence in London, the Middle East, Central & North America, are looking for a CFO to join the firm, based in London
The Role & Responsibilities
- Direct Management of a small Finance team, including a Group Financial Controller, and oversight of overseas subsidiaries’ finance functions.
- Management responsibilities for the London based Operations & Support functions
- Financial Management of the full group and aligned operating businesses.
- Rationalisation of the group structure and aligned legal entities from a reporting and tax perspective.
- Preparation, review and submission of statutory & regulatory returns for all entities in line with International & Local regulators including FCA & ICARA reporting.
- Creating, maintaining and applying accounting policies and controls. Further enhancing a robust controls environment, creating efficiencies & driving process improvement.
- Co-ordination of out-sourced providers including External Auditors, Third-Party Administrators and Legal Advisors.
- Working closely with the CEO on growth strategy and development.
- Tax reporting for all entities.
- Updating the businesses Transfer Pricing policy & structure.
- Involved in Capital Raising & Board Reporting.
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant with previous experience leading a team.
- Previous experience working in a Group Financial Control, Finance Director or CFO role.
- Experience of implementing and enhancing a control framework.
- Investment Management/wider Financial Services experience would be an advantage.
- Transfer Pricing experience would be an advantage.
